About Veiga Sul

We design, build and support every machine after delivery.

A family business founded by Mauro Veiga in Novo Hamburgo, Brazil, Veiga Sul started in rubber and took the same engineering to recycling and municipal waste. In 2009 it launched the Alawik, a single-rotor internal mixer with its own patent. In 2021 it opened Brazil's first biomechanical MSW plant.

Have you already built a machine like the one I need?

Very likely. More than 1,200 machines have been sold to more than 650 customers, in every state of Brazil. In your quote request, tell us what you produce, and our sales team will show you where a similar machine is already at work.

Can I test with my own material before buying?

In many cases, yes. Tell us which compound or waste it is, and engineering will assess a test on Veiga's machines before you order.

What is the lead time?

It depends on the model and how much of it is custom-made. The lead time is written in the quote, together with the price, so you can compare with everything in hand.

Do the machines come with a warranty and service?

Yes. All of them leave the factory with a 12-month warranty, and Veiga has its own technical service and maintenance team, refurbishes equipment and supplies spare parts.

Do the machines comply with NR12?

Yes, all Veiga machines comply with NR12, Brazil's occupational safety standard for machinery and equipment.

Do you serve customers outside Rio Grande do Sul? And outside Brazil?

Yes. Veiga has delivered machines to every Brazilian state and has sales abroad. The machines are 100% made in Brazil.
